Following a successful career in the textile industry, I retrained as an interior designer in 2007, graduating from the prestigious KLC School of Design. From there, I co-founded Oliver Bea Design before setting up Cathy Emmins Interiors in 2012.
With a lifelong passion for houses and home renovations, I love helping my clients turn their ideas into reality. I’ve worked on a wide range of projects both in the UK and abroad from grand country houses to city apartments, family homes and new builds.
Combining creative design solutions and strong co-ordination skills, I bring a personal approach to every home working with each client to develop and often evolve the brief.
Every house is different and every client unique so it’s never a ‘one size fits all’ solution in terms of design style. The initial briefing is key to understanding the needs and aspirations of each client and being able to listen carefully and translate their ideas into thoughtful and enduring designs is key to what I do.
I love a new challenge and forming lasting relationships with my clients. There is nothing more thrilling than helping to them turn their house into the home of their dreams.
From single room schemes to full house renovations, I strive to deliver the highest levels of service regardless of the size of the project.
